The government council approved today, Thursday, draft decree No. 2.25.963 amending and supplementing decree No. 2.23.665 issued on November 10, 2023, regarding the determination of the Kingdom's judicial map.
This project comes within the framework of activating the royal will to reform the justice system, in accordance with the provisions of the constitution related to ensuring the rights of litigants and the rules of justice, and is also part of the implementation of the recommendations of the National Pact for the Reform of the Justice System. The project aims to develop the judicial organization and rationalize the judicial map, ensuring the creation of specialized sections in commercial and administrative courts, and strengthening effective justice close to citizens, serving the interests of litigants and consolidating society's confidence in the judicial system.
