The Ait Kamra commune, affiliated with the Al Hoceima region, witnessed a fatal traffic accident last night, Sunday, which claimed the life of a person who was living in a state of homelessness, after being run over by a passenger bus near the Douar Izafzafen.
According to local data, the victim was in the middle of the road under circumstances that are still unclear, before the bus suddenly hit him with force, causing serious injuries and bruises that hastened his death at the scene. Upon receiving notification of the accident, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie and local authorities arrived at the scene, where the surroundings of the incident were secured and an investigation was opened under the supervision of the competent authorities, with the aim of determining the circumstances and details of the accident. The body of the deceased was transported to the morgue at the regional hospital in Al Hoceima, in order to complete the legal procedures in effect.
