The French Minister of Justice, Gérald Darmanin, expressed his pleasure at meeting Samira Sitel, the Ambassador of Morocco to France, days before his expected visit to Rabat and Casablanca.
Darmanin affirmed in a post on his official Facebook page that Morocco and France are working together on ambitious projects and fighting important battles, pointing out that combating drug trafficking is a common priority between the two countries. The French Minister added that cooperation between Morocco and France will continue with a spirit of determination and perseverance, stressing the commitment to continue joint efforts in the legal and security fields to combat organized crime, which contributes to enhancing regional security and stability.
