The economic capital, Casablanca, will host on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, starting at 9:00 a.m., a professional forum dedicated to the tax provisions of the 2026 Finance Law, with the participation of company managers and businessmen, along with professionals and experts from various economic sectors, within the framework of discussions and analyses aimed at understanding the tax developments for the year 2026.
This forum primarily aims to present the new provisions of the Finance Law in a systematic and simplified pedagogical manner, highlighting their practical effects and implications, especially regarding the tax system, improving the business climate, and stimulating investment.
A special section will also be dedicated to the withholding mechanism, through an analytical presentation that addresses all the legal and regulatory provisions governing this system, from the date of entry into force of the new rules regulating this method of tax collection, which concerns various relevant taxes, especially corporate tax, income tax, and value-added tax.
