The Ministry of Interior, the Royal Gendarmerie, the Royal Armed Forces, National Security, Auxiliary Forces, Civil Protection, along with volunteers from the nation's children, formed an integrated system that worked in remarkable harmony, through constant field presence, real-time follow-up, and proactive vigilance, which was praised by major international channels and media outlets. In consistent testimonies, citizens from the affected areas confirmed that the authorities did not disappear from the field for a single moment, where rapid intervention was recorded to evacuate the population, provide shelter, medical relief, and secure essential materials, in humanitarian scenes that embodied the meaning of closeness and selflessness. Perhaps the evacuation of more than 150,000 people in difficult circumstances and ensuring their safety reflects the ability of the Moroccan state to make bold decisions at the appropriate time, even if it required road construction, the use of helicopters, or the demolition of a mountain to save a citizen. This is Morocco, ladies and gentlemen… a Morocco where if a citizen complains, everyone rallies to him with sleeplessness, work, and sacrifice. A Morocco where the state unites with its people, under the leadership of the king of challenges, who made the human being the essence of all policies, in joy we are here, and in crises we are strong hands, and a civilized image that embodies the highest meanings of solidarity and responsibility. Just as Morocco succeeded in organizing the largest global sporting events with international admiration and praise, today it is succeeding once again in a more difficult test, protecting its citizens in the most dire circumstances.
