The same analyzes also focused on the importance of early warning and monitoring mechanisms, which helped make quick decisions based on accurate data, which prevented the situation from worsening, especially in light of the climate changes that the region is experiencing and the increasing intensity of natural phenomena. Some of these platforms considered that the Moroccan experience in managing natural disasters reflects a remarkable institutional accumulation, based on prior planning, coordination between different territorial levels, and phased intervention that includes immediate response and management of the post-crisis phase. According to observers, this Italian media interest reflects the growing Moroccan presence in the international discussion related to the management of natural hazards, as a model that relies on organization and speed in decision-making, in a global context characterized by increasing climate challenges.
