As part of the implementation of measures aimed at ensuring the safe and organized return of the population evacuated following the recent exceptional climatic fluctuations, the local authorities in the Sidi Slimane provincial authorities announce that a practical and well-organized logistical plan has been prepared regarding the organization of return operations gradually, and specifies the means of transportation, movement paths, and field support mechanisms, to ensure the smooth flow of operations and the safety of citizens.
In this context, the return process will start on Sunday, February 15, 2026, for the benefit of the residents of the following villages:
– The territorial community of Oulad Hussein: Oulad Okba, Al-Abiyat, Al-Sahimiya Cooperative, Al-Maatoukiya Cooperative, Al-Arousiyyin, Al-Qalaiya, Al-Hakimiyyin, Oulad Al-Kazouli, Al-Qatat, Bahara Sebou, Al-Zarwalia Cooperative, Al-Dakhla, Al-Kabara, Qaryat Al-Hassnawi, Sidi Abdel Aziz, Al-Sayabira, Oulad Jalloul, Fallosa, Oulad Sultana, Al-Malayina, Al-Jidiyat, and Al-Zarawla;
– The Northern Amer Territorial Community: Dakala, Oulad Bourahla, Al-Ramada, Bani Fadl, Oulad Al-Ayashi, and Oulad Al-Taleb;
– The territorial community of Al-Masaida: Oulad Ben Hamou.
The local authorities in the Sidi Slimane provincial authorities call on the residents of the villages and areas not included in this announcement not to move towards the affected areas before the issuance of an official announcement permitting this, and until the water levels reach levels that ensure safe access and provide appropriate reception conditions, in order to preserve their safety and ensure the smooth running of operations.
To this end, field organizational arrangements will be established by establishing control points at the entrances to the areas concerned with the return of the population, in order to ensure that access operations are exclusively for the people concerned and authorized to do so, in a way that ensures the control of the pace of return and guarantees its smooth flow in safe and organized conditions.
