Yesterday, Monday, at the Dar El-Zari roundabout, in the commune of Taftat, province of Larache, an incident was witnessed in which a person tried to kill his brother using a hunting rifle.
Local sources reported that an argument broke out between a person and his brother for unknown reasons, which led one of them to use an approved hunting rifle and fire bullets, injuring the victim in the abdomen, which required his transfer to the Grand Palais hospital and from there to the Larache regional hospital to receive the necessary first aid.
The members of the Royal Gendarmerie concerned were arrested and placed in theoretical police custody in order to determine the circumstances of the incident under the direct supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office.
