The announcement culminated in the selection of Dr. Samira Al-Abdi, from the Kingdom of Morocco, as President of the Council to lead the first founding phase and the transitional period.

An executive management that oversees vital sectors such as: (economic empowerment, technology and digital transformation, and global programs and initiatives).
An international branch system: where affiliated founders will be granted official accreditations to establish branches of the Council in their member countries.
