HIBAPRESS – Agadir
The waves of Agadir beaches recently spewed old manufactured food materials onto the sand after the recent floods and rains, a phenomenon that caught the attention of residents and environmental authorities. These incidents indicate that any waste thrown into the sea or waterways may return to the coasts, no matter how long, confirming that the environment does not tolerate random practices.
It is worth mentioning that the Souss Valley used to carry loads of household waste before the establishment of landfills to treat it, but the appearance of old food materials today reflects that the sea retains a long memory. This phenomenon recalls the importance of responsible behavior towards the marine environment and protecting the coasts from pollution.
