Abdeljalil Toutou, the lawyer for the victim of "Son of the Rich" Bader, revealed on Wednesday details of what was stated in the interrogation of the main accused in the murder.
Toutou stated in statements to the media, attended by HIBAPRESS, that the accused tried to evade answering general questions under the pretext of not remembering the incident due to his health condition and the state of intoxication, but he categorically denied any involvement when confronted with questions specific to the context of the incident and the hitting of the victim. Toutou added that the court presented him with various means of proof, from the video tape to police reports and the testimonies of the parties, which showed the contradictions of the accused and made him surrounded by evidence, without being able to deny the accusation against him.
