The Marrakech Bar Association concluded the activities of the Ramadan tournament for lawyers in Marrakech on Saturday evening, March 14, 2026, culminating in the final match that brought together the teams "Integrity" and "Defense" in a sporting and fraternal atmosphere that reflected the spirit of fair competition and solidarity among the components of the defense family.
The closing match was attended by a number of lawyers, members of the board of directors, and members of the organizing committee, where this stop constituted a celebratory occasion to conclude the Ramadan tournament competitions, which witnessed the participation of several teams representing the lawyers in the city, during which the players presented outstanding technical levels that reflected the increasing interest in sports activities within the professional environment.
The board of directors organized a collective Iftar in honor of the participating teams, followed by an award ceremony for the winners in the various categories of the tournament, in addition to honoring a number of veteran players of the association team in recognition of their contributions to the service of sports activities within the association.
The president of the Marrakech Bar Association, Moulay Slimane El Omrani, praised the sportsmanship that characterized the tournament matches and the values of fair play that distinguished the participation of lawyers in this sporting event, stressing that such initiatives contribute to strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and camaraderie within the defense family.
The president praised the well-organized organization of the tournament and the efforts made by the sports committee in the success of this event, appreciating the contribution of the various interveners and participating teams in the success of this event, which has become an annual appointment that brings together lawyers in a sporting and fraternal atmosphere.
The chairman of the Sports Committee, Professor Abdelaziz Chaich, confirmed that the organization of this tournament falls within the framework of promoting social and sports activities within the association, pointing out that the success of this session reflects the involvement of lawyers and the spirit of cooperation that characterized the work of the organizing committee and all participating teams.
The results of the tournament resulted in the crowning of the "Defense" team with the title of the championship, while the title of the best player went to Professor Chihab Eddine Ait El Hadj, while Professor Abdelrahim Aabi won the title of top scorer in the tournament, and Professor Youssef Zouhair won the best goalkeeper award, while the title of the ideal team went to the "Independence" team.
The organization of this Ramadan tournament comes within the framework of the cultural and sports dynamics that the Marrakech Bar Association is keen to consolidate among its members, which contributes to strengthening the relations of camaraderie and communication between lawyers outside the spaces of professional work.
