The city of Berrechid continues to suffer from the absence of urban transport services by buses, a situation that has lasted for years without finding a practical solution, which puts the residents in front of daily difficulties in moving within the city and towards the surrounding areas.
In this context, the head of the Berrechid community confirmed that the community held a meeting to open the envelopes in order to select a specialized study office that will conduct a technical, economic, and financial feasibility study for the project.
Observers believe that resorting to studies at this stage, despite its importance and cost, reflects a delay in implementing this vital project, at a time when the residents are waiting for concrete solutions that put an end to the suffering of transportation, especially with the increase in population density and the city's need for an urban transport infrastructure that meets the requirements of citizens.
