HIBAPRESS – Ahmed Al-Musaed
In a humanitarian gesture reflecting the noble values of sports, the Municipal Stadium in Oujda witnessed, after the afternoon of Wednesday, March 18th, exceptional welcoming and honoring ceremonies for the child Younes Arikate by the Islamic Union of Oujda Sports Club (USMO), officially presenting him as a practitioner of the club's school.
The presentation ceremonies took place in an emotional atmosphere, with the presence of members of the club's management office, and the technical staff of various age groups up to the senior team. The club did not just include Younes in its football school, but the managing office announced granting him an honorary membership card in the school for life, in a step aimed at his complete integration within the sports family of "USMO". Away from the symbolic aspect, the club announced a concrete action plan to accompany the case of player Younes Arikate, where the managing office, in coordination with the club's medical staff, outlined a special program that includes accurate health monitoring: periodic monitoring of Younes' physical condition. Technical support: providing a training environment that suits his abilities, and advanced equipment: working to enable him to install a high-quality prosthetic limb with advanced medical specifications, which ensures his mobility and practicing his hobby in the best conditions. This initiative comes to confirm the social role of the Islamic Union of Oujda club as one of the pillars of sports in the Eastern region, going beyond the logic of pure competition towards consolidating the culture of solidarity and supporting talents with disabilities, and giving them hope for a bright sporting future.
