HIBAPRESS
The local authorities in the Kenitra region, under the instructions of the governor of the region, have announced that the Eid al-Fitr prayer will be held inside mosques instead of open-air prayer grounds, due to the winter weather conditions the city is experiencing.
This decision comes as part of precautionary measures to ensure the safety of citizens and enable them to perform the prayer in appropriate conditions, away from the effects of unstable weather conditions that may impede the organization of prayer in open spaces. The authorities called on citizens to adhere to the directives and go to the nearest mosque to perform the Eid prayer, while taking into account the organizational measures in place to ensure security and order. This measure is expected to receive a positive response from the city's residents, given its keenness to balance the observance of religious rituals and the preservation of public safety.
