Last night, the Douar of Beni Aissa Al Sufla, part of the Abd El Ghaie Es-Sawahil commune, led by Ikawn in the Katama district of Al Hoceima province, witnessed a major fire inside a house, causing significant material losses after the flames consumed its various contents.
According to local data, the fire broke out under circumstances that are still unclear, before spreading very quickly throughout the house, causing extensive damage to furniture and equipment, without any human losses being recorded. The incident left a state of shock and sadness among the residents of the Douar, especially since the affected family lost all its belongings, which has put them in a difficult social situation that requires urgent intervention. Upon being notified of the incident, the local population intervened in an attempt to control the fire and limit its spread, pending the completion of investigations by the competent authorities to reveal the circumstances and causes of the incident. In this context, local activities launched solidarity appeals addressed to benefactors and philanthropists, in order to provide support and assistance to the affected family, to alleviate the repercussions of this tragedy and help them regain their stability.
