Today, Tuesday, the road linking the city of Marrakech and the Borous commune witnessed a serious traffic accident, resulting in the death of a utility vehicle driver, while another driver sustained minor injuries.
According to sources from the newspaper, the accident resulted from a strong collision between a light utility vehicle carrying the deceased and a truck traveling in the opposite direction. The collision resulted in the death of the driver at the scene, while the second injured person was transported to the hospital for treatment. Upon notification of the accident, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie belonging to the motorcycle convoy of the Borous brigade moved to the scene, where an investigation was opened into the matter and an official report was prepared under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office at the primary court in Marrakech, in order to determine the causes and circumstances of the accident.
