HIBAPRESS – Mohammed Zariouh
HIBAPRESS received a statement issued by the regional office of the Union of Educational Administrators in Nador, in which it expressed its deep concern and strong condemnation of what it described as "the systematic targeting and false accusations" against a number of educational administrators at Beni Ansar Secondary School, headed by the school principal and the general supervisor, against the backdrop of their performance of their administrative and educational duties with full responsibility and professionalism.
The regional office affirmed in its statement its absolute and unconditional solidarity with the school principal, the general supervisor, and the rest of the educational administrators working in the institution, considering that what they are subjected to constitutes a direct infringement on their professional dignity and their administrative and educational specializations. It also praised the efforts made by the various educational and administrative staff, which contributed to strengthening the institution's position and improving its performance within its educational environment. The statement stressed the necessity of resorting to dialogue, negotiation, and wisdom among all components of the educational family, while at the same time reminding of the legal provisions and ministerial circulars framing the responsibilities of managing students inside classrooms and school spaces. The union office clarified that the student remains under the responsibility of the teacher once he enters the classroom, and that removing him from the class is not permissible under any circumstance or justification. In the same context, the union praised what it described as "the professional administrative treatment" aimed at securing school time, protecting students inside and outside the institution, and combating school waste, highlighting that the school principal and the general supervisor play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the rights of female and male students and preserving the normal functioning of the educational facility. It also strongly condemned the methods of threats and pressure directed against the administrative staff, considering that a number of problems could have been overcome through responsible dialogue sessions away from escalation. At the end of its statement, the regional office of the Union of Educational Administrators in Nador expressed its categorical rejection of what it called methods of procrastination and systematic pressure directed against the educational administration staff in some educational institutions, criticizing what it considered suspicious silence from some regional officials and the rest of the social parties. It also renewed its adherence to defending the issues of educational administrators, calling for continued mobilization and the strengthening of solidarity and cooperation, while emphasizing its readiness to responsibly engage in all militant initiatives aimed at preserving professional dignity and the prestige of this category.
