The Justice and Development Party announced its solidarity with Moroccan international player Hakim Ziyech, following the threats he received from Israeli Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir.
In a statement issued by its General Secretariat, the party praised the positions expressed by Ziyech, describing them as "bold and courageous humanity," especially in light of the aggression against the Palestinian people, as well as his rejection and condemnation of the law to execute Palestinian prisoners. The party affirmed that Ziyech's positions reflect noble values and are consistent with the steadfast positions of Moroccans supporting the Palestinian cause, stressing that these positions express the conscience of free Moroccans and their historical solidarity with the Palestinian people.
