The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation has sent a letter to the Dean of the College of Sciences, Ben Amsik, informing him of the new tasks in his capacity as Deputy Dean, replacing the position of Dean of the College until his appointment for retirement.
The correspondence, a copy of which was obtained by Hiba Press, was addressed by the Ministry supervising the sector to the Dean of the Faculty and to the President of Hassan II University, specifying verbatim: “It has been decided to appoint you to the position of Acting Dean of the Faculty of Sciences Ben Amsik Casablanca until your retirement on August 31, 2024.”
The Dean of the Faculty of Science, Bin Misik, had refused to award the graduation certificate to an outstanding student because she wore the Palestinian keffiyeh when she stood on the podium at the graduation ceremony and refused to remove the keffiyeh.
