Moroccan boxer Yasmine Mottaki was eliminated today, Sunday, in the round of 16 of the 50 kg boxing event at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Mottaki was defeated by Filipina Ayra Vargas by unanimous decision (5-0).
The Moroccan glove is still represented in this tournament by Khadija Al Mardi, in the 75 kg category, and Widad Bartal, in the 54 kg category.
The Kingdom is participating in the Paris Olympic Games with a delegation of 60 male and female athletes (42 men and 18 women), competing in 18 types of sports.
