HIBAPRESS – Mohamed Dhaher
Citizens are no longer content with their severe suffering from illness, as they find themselves in the midst of a new health crisis and financial hardship represented by the malfunction of the X-ray scanner (CT scan) for over a week inside Mohammed VI University Hospital in Marrakech.
According to the newspaper's sources, a number of patients and visitors to the hospital complain of a lack of decent reception, in addition to the malfunction of the "CT scan" device, which forces many of them to go to private clinics, despite their difficult social circumstances.
In light of this situation, the residents are demanding that the responsible authorities, led by the Ministry of Health, intervene urgently by sending a central inspection committee to ascertain the reality of the situation and take the necessary measures to ensure an improvement in the quality of health services and preserve the dignity of patients.
