The National Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (INSEA) in Rabat, in collaboration with the National School of Computer Science and Systems Analysis (ENSIAS) and the National Institute of Post and Telecommunications (INPT), is organizing on October 22nd and 23rd, 2026, the 22nd edition of the Forum GENI Entreprises, under the theme "New Momentum for Digital Innovation and Sustainable Development: A Lever for a Sovereign and Resilient Morocco." This event aims to bring together young students and graduates with economic actors to discuss professional integration opportunities, while highlighting the young Moroccan competencies and their role in facing economic and technological challenges.
The forum, which is expected to attract over 7,000 young students and graduates, is an opportunity for networking with companies and institutions, and discovering training and employment opportunities in various sectors. It also allows participants to learn about the demands of the job market, technological developments, and the skills companies are seeking, through professional meetings, individual interviews, conferences, and thematic discussions.
The program for this edition will feature company exhibition stands and direct meetings with professionals, allowing students and graduates to explore their career prospects and discover opportunities for integration into the job market. The forum also represents an occasion for companies to connect with young talents in the fields of IT, telecommunications, statistics, finance, and data analysis, and to discover talent that can contribute to the development of their activities and keep pace with economic and digital transformations.
Discussions will revolve around four strategic stakes concerning the future of Morocco. The first axis concerns economic and digital sovereignty, by exploring ways to control technology, protect vital digital infrastructures, and enhance the Kingdom's competitiveness.
The second axis will be dedicated to Moroccan-African cooperation and the role of Moroccan competencies in supporting the continent's development, with a focus on knowledge exchange, partnership development, and fostering innovation. The third axis will address the topic of talent integration, by exploring ways to strengthen cooperation between higher education institutions, companies, and organizations, aligning training with job market needs, and encouraging creativity and the development of innovative solutions.
Conversely, the fourth axis will highlight the strategic role of engineers in protecting national interests, particularly in artificial intelligence, securing vital infrastructures, and ensuring the continuity of essential services. These issues are of increasing importance in light of rapid technological changes and the challenges they pose regarding security and digital autonomy.
In conclusion, the Forum GENI Entreprises is an event that combines employment and training opportunities with discussions on strategic issues concerning the future of Morocco. It also opens avenues for students and graduates to connect with companies and experts, explore new career prospects, and contribute to building an economy based on innovation, sustainable development, and the strengthening of national sovereignty.
