The Head of Government, Fatima Ezzahra Al-Mansouri, announced during the joint plenary session to present the government program, on Monday, the approval of a social measure concerning the exemption of eligible families from paying electricity bills with a value of less than 100 dirhams, for the principal residence.
Al-Mansouri explained that this measure will be automatically applied for the benefit of the concerned families, without the need to submit paper applications or travel to administrations, with the aim of simplifying procedures and facilitating access to support.
This measure comes, according to the statement, within the framework of social measures aimed at alleviating the living burdens of eligible families, by enabling them to benefit from the exemption without complex administrative procedures.
