The development plan for the city of Sidi Allal El Bahraoui and part of the Ait Ali Oulhassen commune has entered into full effect, following the publication of Decree No. 2.26.657 in Official Gazette No. 7551 dated October 12, 2026 (issued on September 22, 2026). This marks the end of a waiting period and opens a new chapter for the commune in urban planning and sustainable spatial development.
This official approval is of great importance in the region's development process, as it provides a binding reference urban planning document that regulates urban expansion and establishes clear controls for construction and development. This will contribute to overcoming previous real estate and urban planning issues and ensure rational use of land.
This new regulatory framework will enhance the city's investment attractiveness by opening promising prospects for economic and real estate projects and stimulating job creation. This will be done in parallel with improving the quality of life for residents through the upgrading of public facilities, infrastructure, and green spaces.
