The Directorate General of Meteorology forecasts, for Friday, the occurrence of rain or thunderstorms sometimes over the Atlas Mountains and their neighboring regions, and locally in the Saharan provinces.
Raindrops accompanied by thunder are also expected in the southeastern part of the country, and in the Souss region. Meanwhile, the skies will be partly cloudy to cloudy, sometimes carrying raindrops over the northern and central Atlantic plains, and in the Eastern and Rif regions.
Moderate winds are also expected to blow over the central coasts and the southern High Atlas.
Minimum temperatures will range between 05 and 11 degrees Celsius in the Atlas Mountains, the Rif, and the east of the country, between 17 and 22 degrees Celsius in the southern provinces, the southeast, the Souss region, Chiadma, and the plains of Tadla and Rehamna, and between 12 and 17 degrees Celsius in the rest of the Kingdom.
As for daytime temperatures, they will see an increase in the southern provinces and Chiadma, while they will decrease or not change much in the rest of the country.
The sea will be calm to slightly rough on the Mediterranean coast and the Strait of Gibraltar, rough between Mehdia and Tarfaya, and slightly rough to rough along the rest of the Atlantic coast.
