The Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts, Social Economy, and Solidarity stated that travel revenues in Morocco reached 113 billion dirhams at the end of October 2025, exceeding the total recorded during the year 2024.
The ministry clarified, in a statement, that this period recorded exceptional progress of more than 16 billion additional dirhams, an increase of 17 percent compared to the end of October 2024. This performance, according to the same source, is attributed to the 14 percent increase in the number of incoming tourists until the end of October, which reflects the growing attractiveness of the Moroccan tourism product, which is witnessing a continuous diversification dynamic to keep pace with the evolving aspirations and preferences of tourists. In this regard, the Minister of Tourism, Handicrafts, Social Economy, and Solidarity, Fatima Zahra Ammor, confirmed that these results reinforce the conviction that the goal is not to achieve numbers for the sake of numbers, but to achieve such qualitative growth that leads to raising revenues from hard currency, stimulating the economy, and creating more job opportunities for Moroccans, adding that this dynamic will be consolidated starting in 2026.
