Today, Wednesday afternoon, Mohammed VI Street witnessed a serious traffic accident following the overturning of a bus transporting tourists, which resulted in the serious injury of the driver, necessitating his urgent transfer to the emergency room for medical attention.
According to sources from the newspaper, excessive speed and non-compliance with traffic laws were behind the overturning of the bus, which fortunately was empty of passengers. Upon the occurrence of the accident, traffic accident police and local authorities moved to the scene, working to secure the accident site and organize traffic flow, which witnessed a temporary disruption, in addition to opening a field investigation to determine the precise causes and circumstances that led to the bus overturning.
