Violations of illegal construction in the Sidi Rahhal commune within the framework of exchanging interests contribute to disfiguring the beauty of the region, as evidenced by the involvement of some officials who are no longer able to stop this uncontrolled encroachment on the city without taking into account the urban planning regulations on the one hand and the beauty of the region on the other. The only remaining option is the urgent intervention of the governor of Kalaat Sraghna province, to stop the octopus of illegal construction after the Pasha of Sidi Rahhal failed to perform his duties, and to send inspection committees to monitor the spread of illegal construction that was committed during the tenure of the current territorial officials.
