Fatima Ezzahra Al-Mansouri, the head of government, attacked the Justice and Development Party (PJD) following the debate sparked by one of the party's deputies regarding the suspension of the parliamentary session to allow deputies to perform prayer, during the discussion of the government's statement in the House of Representatives.
Al-Mansouri addressed the party's deputies directly, asking: "Are you the ones who say who is a Muslim and who isn't?", referring to what she considered an interference in the issue of religiosity and judging the religious stances of others.
This response came in the context of a dispute between the head of government and representatives of the Justice and Development Party. The session witnessed successive interactions between Al-Mansouri and opposition deputies, amid the ongoing discussion of the government's statement, which at some moments turned into an exchange of direct responses on political issues that captured the attention of those present.
