HIBAPRESS – Mohamed Manfalouti
Within the framework of restoring the reputation of public schools, especially in the rural world, and consolidating the culture of national duty and voluntary work, and in an educational step that has gained the admiration of all stakeholders and those interested, and in a creative way with personal expenses, Professor "Hicham Waiz," who works at the educational unit of Oulad Mesnaoui, which belongs to the Oulad Azzouz school group, which is a leader in the regional directorate of education in Settat, (refused) except to reveal his artistic skills in Arabic calligraphy and painting with colors, forming artistic paintings with which he furnished the walls of the classrooms and the facades of the inner wall of the school unit.
Professor "Hicham Waiz" engaged in implementing his personal project as an active member of the environmental and health club, starting with providing working conditions and receiving students coming from the heart of the neighboring villages, so that they find a space that suits them and encourages them to continue their education away from the specter of school dropout.
The mentioned professor is a model for various models of honorable men and women of education who work diligently and with a sense of responsibility, who encourage schooling among the children of the people of the rural world, and who open channels of communication with fathers and mothers in order to improve the quality of education in their institutions.
Here, in this school unit, which is called "Oulad Mesnaoui," this professor, along with the rest of the educational team working with him, tried to transform this educational space into an attractive space full of life, combining environmental and educational goals, mixing between his teaching mission, and dedicating his free time to working on qualifying the courtyard of his institution and taking care of its seedlings and shrubs with the help of the rest of the educational team, transforming the institution's courtyard into a distinguished environmental garden, which requires the authorities in charge of the sector, whether locally, regionally or centrally, to encourage such energies and these competencies for more giving.
