The competent public prosecution is preparing today, Sunday, to present the person suspected of being involved in the robbery of a delivery worker and threatening him with a white weapon, before the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal in Casablanca, after his arrest on the backdrop of the incident that sparked widespread interaction on social media.
The details of the case go back to a delivery worker being subjected to a robbery, before entering into a chase with the suspect, who was shouting "He's working for his mother," in a scene documented by video clips that spread widely and sparked a wave of great sympathy with the victim. According to the available data, the suspect did not just rob the delivery worker, but also brandished a large knife at him and tried to stab him while chasing him, before pursuing him through a number of alleys while waving the white weapon in an attempt to attack him. The security services were able to arrest the person in question and place him in custody, under the instructions of the competent Public Prosecution, pending his presentation this Sunday morning before the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal in Casablanca to take the legal action required against him.
