Here is the weather forecast established by the General Directorate of National Meteorology for today, Saturday, August 3, 2024:
– Locally hot weather on the northern and central interior plains, the Rif and Atlas regions, the Oriental, the South-East and the interior of the Southern Provinces.
– Isolated showers and storms in the High and Middle Atlas and in places in the Rif.
– Partly to partly cloudy weather on the plains west of the Atlas and the East.
– Possible drizzle at night on the coasts between Sidi Ifni and Tarfaya.
– Low clouds with local fog formations in the morning and night near the Atlantic coasts.
– Sand-hunting in the South and South-East.
– Fairly strong gusts of wind on the Central Coasts, the High and Middle Atlas and the South.
– Minimum temperatures of around 27/32°C in the South-East, the Moulouya Valley, the Regions to the West of the Atlas and the interior of the Southern Provinces, 15/19°C in the High Atlas and the rest of the Southern Provinces and 19/26°C everywhere else.
– Rising daytime temperatures.
– Calm to slightly rough seas in the Mediterranean, slightly rough in the Strait and slightly rough to rough elsewhere
