Saidia.. An Algerian water pedal boat entered Moroccan waters and the authorities have opened an investigation

The Moroccan-Algerian maritime border between Saidia and Marsa Belmhidi witnessed an unusual incident, when an Algerian pedal boat arrived on the Moroccan coast, carrying two Algerians when it crossed the maritime border.

Immediately after the accident, Moroccan civil protection officers intervened to remove the water pedal to the beach and ensure the safety of the passengers. Local authorities and several security agencies also arrived at the scene to inspect the situation and take the necessary measures.

Moroccan authorities have opened an investigation to find out the reasons for the entry of the Algerian water pedal into Moroccan waters, while the incident remains under continuous surveillance by the authorities concerned.
