The city of Al-Quray'a, in the province of Inzgane Aït Melloul, was shaken on Thursday morning by a heinous crime that claimed the life of a minor born in 2008. The victim sustained serious injuries during a brawl with another individual and later succumbed to his wounds despite being transported to the hospital.
Upon learning of the incident, the Royal Gendarmerie mobilized its forces and launched an intensive investigation to determine the circumstances and details of the accident. In coordination with the General Directorate for Territorial Surveillance, they were able to apprehend the suspect in a short period.
Investigations are ongoing to determine the causes that led to the outbreak of the brawl, reveal the details of the assault, as well as to hear from the involved parties and witnesses, and gather data related to the incident, all under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor's office.
