According to ONCF data, the estimated cost of carrying out these preliminary studies is around 38 million dirhams, while the opening of tenders will take place in Rabat on September 19.
The launch of these studies comes following the recent meeting of the Wali of the Beni Mellal-Khenifra region Khatib El Hebil with the Director General of the National Railways Office on a set of points related to the construction of the railway line that will link Beni Mellal to Casablanca via the province of Khouribga.
A flagship project in the Béni Mellal-Khénifra region, this railway line will have very positive socio-economic repercussions on the region and its inhabitants in addition to its key role in shortening distances between the region and the cities of Casablanca and Rabat.
