HIBAPRESS – Casablanca
The city of Casablanca witnessed, starting from Sunday, a wide security mobilization as part of a field campaign aimed at strengthening security presence and combating various manifestations of crime, with the participation of security elements from a number of Moroccan cities, alongside units and security services operating in the economic capital.
This operation primarily targets intensifying search operations for wanted individuals and combating criminal activities, especially those related to gangs and acts that threaten the safety of citizens and property. The campaign also focuses on strengthening surveillance and security interventions in a number of areas and points that require intense security presence.
This mobilization is being supervised by Mohamed Dakhissi, Director of Judicial Police at the General Directorate of National Security, with field coordination adopted between the various participating security units, in accordance with legal controls and established procedures.
The operations are expected to include a number of neighborhoods and areas in the city of Casablanca, as part of efforts to tighten the noose on wanted individuals and those suspected of involvement in criminal activities, in addition to enhancing the sense of security among the population.
This campaign comes in the context of intensifying security interventions to confront crime and enhance the readiness of specialized services, while continuing search and arrest operations against anyone proven to be linked to illegal acts, under the supervision of the competent judicial authorities.
