Sadness and shock have gripped the local community in the city of Nador following the heinous crime that claimed the life of a young woman, who was shot dead with a hunting rifle by the artist (H.Sh.).
In statements to "Le 48 info," Sarah, the victim's eldest daughter, revealed details and behind-the-scenes information about the relationship between her mother and the perpetrator, speaking about the initial threads that preceded the tragedy and demanding that the judicial and security authorities ensure justice and apply the maximum penalties against the perpetrator.
Legal Marriage and Housing Disputes
The daughter, who works in the city of Nador, explained that the relationship between her mother and the perpetrator began about a year ago and culminated in a legal marriage contract and a family wedding limited to close relatives and religious scholars, in accordance with customs and traditions.
She affirmed that the family welcomed the husband warmly due to his apparent good character and piety.
However, tensions soon began to creep into the marital life, with disputes centering around housing; the wife demanded a private home that would protect her rights and the rights of her daughters, away from properties registered in the name of his children from a previous marriage.
After a period of tug-of-war, an apartment was purchased in the "Green Bank" area, which later became the scene of the heinous crime.
Suspicions and Spying – The Spark That Ignited the Crisis
Regarding the direct motives for the crime, Sarah explained, quoting her younger sister who witnessed the events inside the house, that the latest dispute arose due to the victim discovering a mobile phone that the husband was secretly using to record their conversations out of suspicion and pathological jealousy.
The verbal argument between the two parties escalated, reaching its peak after the victim demanded that he leave, threatening to report financial documents or receipts in her possession that could expose him to legal accountability. According to the testimony, it is likely that the husband felt threatened or feared exposure, which led him to resort to using a firearm.
Meticulous Planning and Insistence on Murder
The victim's daughter refuted the hypothesis of "involuntary manslaughter" or the crime occurring under the influence of a fleeting moment of anger; she indicated that the medical report and witnesses confirm that two consecutive shots were fired at the victim, which indicates prior intent and insistence on finishing her off.
Responding to Rumors and Demanding Justice
In her statements, the daughter expressed her strong condemnation of the malicious rumors and gossip that circulated on some social media pages regarding the nature of the relationship between her mother and the perpetrator, emphasizing that it was a "legal and official marriage" documented by photos, videos, and family records.
Sarah concluded her statement with moving words, affirming that she would take on the responsibility of caring for her younger sister after they lost their sole provider, saying: "I did not comprehend the shock until I saw my mother's body in the morgue… I demand that the judiciary bring justice to my mother's soul and take retribution from this criminal so that she may rest in her grave."
