Halim Foutat, candidate for the National Rally of Independents party list in the Nador constituency, organized a speech rally on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, at the "Ahmar" hall in the city of Beni Ansar, as part of the election campaign for the legislative elections scheduled for September 23rd.
