HIBAPRESS – Jorf El Melha
The situation of the road leading to Abd El Rahman El Yousfi High School in the commune of Houara Oulad Rahou, in the province of Jorf El Melha, is heading towards resolution, after years of complaints and demands related to the condition of this road, which extends for a distance of approximately 500 meters.
This road constitutes a primary access route for the educational institution, as it is used daily by students and beneficiaries of school transportation, in addition to the educational and administrative staff working at the high school, as well as the local residents. This has made its development a recurring demand given its importance in facilitating access to the institution.
According to available data, the provincial authorities have responded to these demands, as the project has been included within the projects of the National Initiative for Human Development, the comprehensive program for the construction of school roads. Studies related to it have also been completed, in a step that paves the way for moving to the stage of implementing the works.
The development of this road is expected to contribute to improving transportation and access conditions to the educational institution, and to alleviate the constraints faced by students, the institution's staff, and users of school transportation, especially during periods of rainfall.
This development comes after a series of demands and complaints regarding the condition of the road, as the interaction of the governor of Jorf El Melha province with the file contributed to pushing it towards a practical path, leading to the completion of studies and its inclusion within programs dedicated to this type of project.
The residents are currently awaiting the transition to the stage of commencing the works, which would transform this project from a long-awaited demand into a field reality that serves the educational institution and its surroundings, and enhances access conditions to it.
