HIBAPRESS – Mohamed Daher
The list candidate for a political party in Marrakech was injured on Tuesday after an altercation with a citizen who wanted to help him during the election campaign.
According to the newspaper's sources, the dispute between the list candidate and the woman was due to a prior agreement on a sum of money in exchange for her assistance in his election campaign. However, the latter broke his promise and distributed the funds to other employees.
The same sources added that the list candidate was quickly transported to a clinic in the Red City to receive necessary medical attention, before heading to the security services to file a complaint about the incident.
