The urgent criminal chamber of the Saf Saf Primary Court has convicted the acting president of the "Issaadla" commune (I.A.) to four months in prison, following his involvement in a case related to receiving a sum of money as a bribe.
The details of the incident go back to last August, when a resident of the Issaadla commune filed a report via the green number, after confirming he was asked for a sum of money in exchange for an administrative certificate.
Coordination was carried out with the competent public prosecution, before a trap was set up, which ended with the arrest of the communal official near the Marjane commercial complex in the city of Saf Saf, after he received the amount of 3000 dirhams, the subject of the complaint.
Following his interrogation, it was decided to prosecute the individual in detention for what was attributed to him, before his trial sessions began before the urgent criminal chamber of the Primary Court in Saf Saf.
