HIBAPRESS – Mohamed Zerouih
The health center in the city of Al-Aroui, in the Nador province, witnessed on Tuesday morning an unusual internal confusion that was clearly reflected in the normal functioning of the institution, causing dissatisfaction among a number of visitors and those present at the scene who found themselves in an atmosphere marked by tension.
According to field data, the wings of the health facility experienced a noticeable rise in voices and an unfamiliar tension; a situation that warrants attention for its implications, especially since the institution has been a model for years in service regularity, speed in serving citizens' needs, and providing treatments and medications in calm and tightly organized conditions.
These developments come at a time of a radical change in management and administration, following the retirement of the former head responsible for managing the center—known to the residents by the nickname "Si Mohamed"—and the appointment of a new female official to manage the affairs of the health institution amidst challenges to preserve previous achievements.
Amidst these circumstances, local voices are rising, calling for urgent intervention from the Provincial Delegation of the Ministry of Health and Social Protection; to ascertain the truth of what happened, listen to all concerned parties, and determine the causes of this sudden confusion, while taking the necessary measures to restore order and ensure the normal flow of services.
The Al-Aroui health center remains an indispensable vital artery for the city's residents, which requires the supervisory authorities to give it sufficient attention to ensure the stability of work within it, and to avoid any potential tension that could affect the right of patients and visitors to fair and comfortable access to essential treatments.
