Moroccan artist Dounia Batma congratulated Fatima Ezzahra Al Mansouri on the occasion of her appointment as head of government, a historic step that made her the first woman to assume this position in Morocco.
Batma expressed, through a post published on her social media accounts, her congratulations and blessings to Al Mansouri, wishing her success and good fortune in performing her new duties and serving the nation.
The Moroccan artist wrote: "All congratulations and blessings to Mrs. Fatima Ezzahra Al Mansouri on the occasion of her appointment as head of government. A prominent milestone in the journey of Moroccan women, with sincere wishes for success and good fortune in serving our dear homeland."
Batma's congratulations come in the wake of Fatima Ezzahra Al Mansouri's appointment, on Tuesday, September 29, as head of government by King Mohammed VI, and her mandate to form the new government, a precedent that is the first of its kind in the history of Morocco.
