HIBAPRESS – Laayoune
The Foum El Oued school complex in the Laayoune province, with the start of the academic year, is experiencing a situation that draws attention, after sand has encroached upon the vicinity of the institution and covered parts of its courtyards and corridors, a scene that raises questions about the conditions of student education.
Circulating images showed a large accumulation of sand alongside the institution's walls and entrances, while the sand reached the level of the doors and windows of several classrooms, and also submerged parts of the courtyard and corridors.
This situation brings to the forefront the need for intervention to clean the vicinity of the institution and remove the accumulated sand, ensuring better conditions for students and educational staff as the academic year continues.
