HIBAPRESS – Abdelatif Barka
A field inspection operation, initiated by the Royal Gendarmerie in Temsiya, in the commune of Oulad Dahou, administratively part of the prefecture of Inzgane Ait Melloul, revealed a series of violations within a bakery, particularly concerning hygiene and health safety conditions applicable to food preparation activities.
The operation, which included an inspection of the bakery, resulted in the detection of violations that necessitated the implementation of necessary legal measures, in addition to the confiscation of a vehicle used in the activity that operated using butane gas. This action was taken in the context of intensifying surveillance on equipment and tools that could pose a safety risk.
This campaign is part of surveillance operations targeting food businesses in the region, with the aim of ensuring compliance with health regulations, safety conditions, and consumer protection, especially since bakeries and food preparation establishments are directly linked to public health.
Relevant authorities are expected to continue their field campaigns to detect violations and take legal action against offenders.
