Asslan Residence in Hay Mohammadi, Agadir, witnessed a security intervention today, Thursday, October 8th, resulting in the arrest of four individuals; two men and two women, inside an apartment designated for daily rental.
The operation followed complaints filed by several residents of the building with the Public Prosecution, regarding what they considered suspicious behavior related to the exploitation of some apartments intended for daily rental, and the resulting disturbance and infringement on the comfort and tranquility of the residents.
The arrested individuals have been subjected to police custody, under the orders of the competent Public Prosecution, pending the completion of investigations aimed at determining the circumstances and details of the incident and the nature of the suspected acts.
This operation comes in the context of tightening surveillance on furnished apartments designated for daily rental within several residential complexes in Agadir, while the acts attributed to the arrested individuals remain mere suspicions until the investigation concludes and the necessary legal actions are taken.
