The competent court in the city of Al Hoceima issued a ruling convicting the municipal pound keeper in the Sabadiya area and sentencing him to 18 years of imprisonment, in connection with a case related to the violation of a minor with intellectual disabilities.
This ruling comes in the wake of a judicial file that has garnered wide attention, given the nature of the acts under prosecution, as well as the victim's status, belonging to a vulnerable group of children, which necessitates providing them with special protection and ensuring their rights and safety are preserved.
