On Wednesday morning, October 21, 2026, the police services in the Agadir security directorate brought two individuals, aged 25 and 48, before the public prosecutor on suspicion of their involvement in mistreating a minor and endangering the lives of others.
The arrest of the suspects, who were working in private security at one of the city's tourist ports, followed the circulation of video clips on social media documenting the assault on a minor and the incitement of a fierce breed dog to attack a group of children.
Security investigations resulted in the apprehension of the individuals concerned and their submission to judicial investigation under the supervision of the competent public prosecution to uncover the circumstances and details of the incident, before they were brought to justice.
