Today, Tuesday, about 30 kilometers south of Bir Kunduz, members of a unit of the Royal Armed Forces tasked with monitoring the coast intercepted a stranded boat carrying 186 would-be irregular immigrants from sub-Saharan African countries.
A statement from the General Command of the Royal Armed Forces states that these irregular immigrants, who were planning to head to the Canary Islands, received first aid before being handed over to the Royal Gendarmerie in order to complete the administrative procedures currently in force.
